When you look at the latest Colorado Springs real estate data, one thing becomes very clear.

This is no longer a market where simply “being on the market” gets the job done.

From Elevate MLS year to date:

  • New listings are up 9.0%
  • Closed sales are down 1.6%
  • Average price is down 3.1%
  • Total volume is down 4.6%

From PPAR:

  • Total sales volume is down 5.5% year over year
  • Transactions are down 2.6%

This tells us something important.

There is more competition, more inventory, and more decision-making happening on the buyer side.

While the overall market is showing slight declines, the numbers from my brokerage tell a very different story.

The Platinum Group | March 2026 vs March 2025:

  • Sales volume: $70.2M vs $57.4MUp 22.2%
  • Transactions (sides): 116 vs 95

Year to Date:

  • Sales volume: $156.1M vs $132.5MUp 17.8%
  • Transactions: 253 vs 214Up 18.2%

In a market where overall volume is down, Platinum is growing.

That is not by chance.
That is by strategy, execution, and experience.
