My husband and I were due to be gone on vacation for a few weeks and decided to take advantage of having a home that would be available for showings at a moment’s notice.
Nicole arranged for a cleaner the day we left. She got the listing posted, started taking appointments for showings and planned for Open Houses on the coming weekend.
The number of appointments was amazing and Saturday the open house had over 70 viewers. She sold our home in 3 days and for more than the asking price. We had anticipated it would still be on the market when we got home from our trip.
We were very excited but at the same time concerned over how we would take care of all the details involved from 10,000 miles away! Nicole continued to check on our house, and stayed in touch with us via emails on a near daily basis walking us through any and all details and any glitches that came up….there is always something! With a 16 hour time difference she often would need to make a decision sooner than she could reach us, and we had complete confidence that she would do what was not only right for us but right for all involved.
We closed remotely and she wrote a post occupancy agreement for us, enabling us some time to get packed up and out after we got back.
We’ve bought and sold several houses (this was our 8th), but Nicole was by far our best realtor. She is detail oriented, knows how to market your property to sell and is always there to answer any questions you may have and has networking contacts she can share if she doesn’t have the answer. (Different states, different rules)
Beyond all of that, she is energetic, smart, professional, caring and so completely passionate about what she does and how she can help you for your particular situation. She made this international sale as smooth as possible. If we could have taken her with us to our new state to help us with buying a house here, we would have. Truly, she is the best!
